GRINDERS
We use rotors with very efficient double-knife cutting technology in our mills. Grinders with different types of rotor are available with a length from 300 mm to 2000 mm and a diameter from 300 mm to 800 mm. The mills are equipped with a manual or hydraulic coffer opening system, which facilitates opening for maintenance of the cutting space, adjustment and fixing of knives, cleaning and changing of the sieve. The series has a charging hopper with newly developed silencing material, reliable technology and sound insulation.
The grinders are equipped with oversized rotor bearings, knife holders and a rotor shaft. Standard V cutting creates high-quality grinding with a very low percentage of fines in the starting material. The removable third fixed blade acts as a barrier wedge and allows the machine to quickly adapt to other applications. Other standard features include easily replaceable wear resistant inserts in the cutting chamber as well as external bearings to minimize the risk of contamination.

The reliable "V" cutting technology not only retains all the advantages of the original cross-cutting technology, but also has new properties. The cutting point is only at the point where the blades pass, not the entire blade. This ensures much less noise, less dust, extends the service life and saves energy. V-cutting technology directs materials into the center of the rotor and solves problems such as stacking materials inside, rubbing heat generation, and excessive friction against side walls. The standard GE series includes conveyor and lift.
