The shredders are characterized by a strong construction of a pressure drawer with two pressure speeds. Hey eliminate the risk of blocking and wear of the internal guides. The single shaft crusher is very versatile and can be used to crush all kinds of materials and is therefore suitable for many applications. Rotors with a diameter of 240 to 600 mm and a width in the range from 600 mm to 2500 mm are driven by one or two powerful gears. The hydraulic aggregate is built into the machine housing to save space and protect it from damage, while providing easy access or dismantling for maintenance. The standard "V" rotor has a proven design of knives and knife holders, as well as external bearings and a hydraulic sieve frame. Crushers can be adapted to various applications with cooling as an option. Additionally they could have reinforced rotors with additional high-abrasive welds and other use up options.

Single shaft shredders are designed for a wide range of applications such as internal and general recycling, electronic waste and urban waste management. The input materials can be all kinds of plastics such as lumps, pipes, foil, woven bags, electronic waste, e.g. cables and printed circuit boards, paper, wood and other organic materials. Depending on the input material and the next process step, the shredded material can be used directly or go to the next stage of size reduction, e.g. in a GE series mill.
