ECO
Lines for customers who expect specific production capacities but have a limited budget. The line includes all the necessary components of the line, such as: conveyor, agglomerator, extruder with gravitational degassing, with a head for pneumatic pressure and a vibrating-drying table. Analog control.
STANDARD
The line is additionally equipped with a metal detector on a conveyor belt, vacuum degassing, high-performance centrifuge with high granulation drying efficiency, closed cooling water circulation system. The control, similarly as in the previous option, is done analogously.
PREMIUM
In this option, the customer receives a technologically advanced film regranulation line. It consists of additional elements such as a closed water circulation system equipped with a heat exchanger, high-performance centrifuge and a classification table to calibrate the granulate, as well as sensors and signal lamps to support the operator's work. Control with digital temperature controllers, with process visualization using programmable PLC controllers determined individually with the client. In addition, the customer receives remote service support via the Ethernet system.
