Our client – PRIMAR-PLASTICS – is a manufacturer of LED profiles and plastic components. The company required a solution that would improve manufacturing stability, preserve the high quality of manufactured products, and lay the groundwork for further process development.
Ekochem delivered and commissioned a comprehensive, custom-made technological line that included all vital process stages: extrusion, co-extrusion, calibration, cooling, profile guiding, haul-off, and adjustment of operational parameters, which resulted in higher product consistency, more accurate process control, and more predictable production.

Investment goal
The goal of this investment was to install a modern technological line allowing for the manufacturing of plastic LED profiles that maintain high manufacturing quality and process stability, as well as lay the groundwork for further manufacturing development.

PRIMAR-PLASTICS is a manufacturer of LED profiles and plastic components. Dimensional consistency, surface quality, and parameter stability constitute the key elements of their manufacturing process.

Ekochem delivered and commissioned a complete technological line comprising, among other components:

The data collected allowed us to select an appropriate line configuration, including the main extruder, co-extruder, calibration table, cooling and profile guiding system, a haul-off machine, as well as the control system.
