Compounding offers reduced dependence on raw materials, provides excellent dispersion of additives and fillers, and facilitates effective degassing. It also allows for making materials with parameters which perfectly fit our customers’ needs.

Our compounding extruders are equipped with different mixing zones, kneading blocs, and replaceable screw parts. This allows us to precisely adjust the process to different additives and materials. Their modular design guarantees that a changeover is quick and limited to replacing selected units. Usually, it takes between a few hours to a single production shift.

Our machines are equipped with precise heating and cooling systems and advanced screw torque control. They ensure optimal temperature and load, minimise the risk of additive degradation, and maintain the stable quality of the material.

Proper screw configuration and temperature ensure ideal plasticisation, homogenization, and the removal of moisture and gases. By applying appropriate parameters, we obtain a stable process, uniform colour and structure, and high-quality granulate. Incorrect parameters may lead to product degradation, discolourations, and instabilities.

Compounding allows for using various additives and components, such as glass fibre, mineral fillers, colourants, modifying agents, and functional additives. As a result, the production process meets the customer’s requirements.
