SMART is an intelligent recycling system whose constant material feeding ensures smooth, uninterrupted, and fully optimised operation. The machine’s design allows for the processing of various plastics one after another without stopping the process. This results in higher efficiency, lower material loss, and more accurate real-time quality control.

Integrated processes / compact construction SMART is one of the most compact recycling lines in its class. Its footprint is as small as possible, which allows for using the shop floor in a more efficient way and increasing the flexibility of the technological system. By integrating key processes into one line, we were able to shorten the material flow path and reduce the number of transfer points, and thus, lower losses and increase operational stability.

SmartPellet™ – an air or water pelletising system; the technology should be adjusted to the type of processed material and the requirements regarding the granulate quality.
SmartRollFeed™ – a feeder for take-up winders, rolls, and film waste material; capable of operating simultaneously with the SmartTrimTM module.
SmartLift™ – a feeding conveyor for loading loose, irregular waste directly into the shredder.
SmartScreen™ – a manual or automatic filter-swapping system designed for processing waste in the form of flakes, rolls, and products from offline manufacturing lines.
SmartVac™ – a vacuum degassing unit (single- or dual-vent), allowing for processing of printed or hygroscopic materials.

SMART Line integrates shredding, extruding, and pelletising into a single machine.

With its integrated shredding, extruding, and pelletising, the SMART Line is best used for recycling foil, HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, LLDPE materials, and for processing of materials with a small amount of printing or metallisation.

Precise production and delivery dates are determined individually after the machine specifications have been approved. Please contact our technical and sales departments to estimate the lead time.

Yes, the SMART Line is designed to allow independent recycling by feeding materials with a conveyor belt or a screw feeder, as well as to recycle edge-trims.
